Electro Harmonix' Grand Canyon is a delay & looper pedal that builds upon the success of the original Canyon model. It has no fewer than 12 effects, a looper, footswitch and expression pedal inputs and a stereo output. The delay and echo effects have both classic and modern sounds including DMM (Deluxe Memory Man), reverse and shimmer as well as a delay time of up to 3 seconds. There's even a faithful emulation of the legendary Binson Echorec on board. The looper offers plenty of additional possibilities too.

Grand Canyon: looping options

You can record a loop of up to 16 minutes with unlimited overdubs and there's a handy undo/redo function as well. The speed of your loop can be adjusted or reversed and you can fade it out too. Your loop is saved until you decide to delete it even after the pedal is turned off. Thanks to its extensive possibilities, the Grand Canyon is great for musicians and music producers.

Settings, tails and taps

If you've spent time creating the perfect sound, you'll be pleased to know that you can save the settings to one of the preset slots. This top-quality pedal has analogue bypass and you can choose whether you want the echo and delay to tail off naturally or end immediately. The Grand Canyon also features tap tempo and there are inputs for a footswitch and an expression pedal.
